The AiMuzica platform does not sell goods or services from the high-risk or prohibited categories for payment processing.

2. About the service

AiMuzica is a digital platform that lets users create personalized songs with the help of AI technology. The user fills in the request, chooses the available options and receives digital content generated from the information provided.

The service is provided as a personalized digital product. The result may vary depending on the prompt, music style, voice, language, dedication, lyrics and the settings available in the form.

3. Account, orders and credits

  • The account is linked to the email address used to sign in or at checkout.
  • The account Settings can store your first name, last name and town/city. These details are reused for payment and can be changed by the user.
  • For each checkout we keep a copy of the identification details linked to the order. Later changes to the profile do not change the details of a transaction already started or paid.
  • Credits can be used to generate songs on the platform and are not electronic money.
  • Credits cannot be transferred, resold or converted into cash, except where the law requires it.
  • Orders, generated songs and payment history may be shown in the user's account.

The user must provide real and current details. The current payment flow is available to individuals in Romania and does not ask for a personal identification number (CNP).

4. Prices, currency and payment

All prices shown on the website and at checkout are in RON (Romanian lei). For a single generation without credit, the price shown in the order flow is 19.00 RON and includes 5 credits in the account. To top up the account, the available packs are: 19 RON for 5 credits, 35 RON for 12 credits, 49 RON for 20 credits and 99 RON for 50 credits. One credit lets you generate one song. The trial song of a new account is not a bonus credit granted with every purchase.

The final price, the chosen pack and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm the payment. Online payments are processed through secure payment services, including NETOPIA Payments. AiMuzica does not store full card details.

Before redirecting you to NETOPIA, we use the first name, last name, email and town/city saved in the account or confirmed in the payment form. Because the AiMuzica form does not ask for a personal phone number, the backend sends NETOPIA a technical number set by the merchant to fill in the field required by the processor's interface. This number does not belong to the customer and is not used to contact them.

For tax documents we may use Oblio, including through the integration configured in NETOPIA. The invoice and its submission through RO e-Factura are handled under the conditions and deadlines set by law. The details needed for invoicing may be kept even if the user hides the order from the account.

5. Order delivery policy

The products delivered are digital. After the payment is confirmed or a valid credit is used, the generation starts automatically and the song is delivered to the user's account. Generation usually takes about 2-5 minutes, but delays may occur because of volume, technical errors or external services.

The song can be played and downloaded from the AiMuzica account once the generation is finished. There is no physical delivery, courier or shipping cost for this service.

6. Order cancellation, withdrawal and refund policy

An order can be abandoned before the payment is completed or before the credit is used. Once you confirm the payment and start the generation, you agree that the personalized digital service begins immediately, before the general withdrawal period expires, where that period applies.

If a payment was made by mistake, if a duplicate payment occurred or if the service cannot be provided because of a technical error attributable to the platform, you can contact us for review and remedy.

If you have used the credits, started generating the song, or downloaded, accessed or used the generated song, a refund may be refused to the extent permitted by law, because the personalized digital service was performed or made available at your request. If a generation fails and you do not receive the ordered content, we may reallocate the credit, restart the generation or, where appropriate, refund the amount.

7. Copyright and originality of the songs

The songs generated by AiMuzica are created from your request and are designed as original results, without the intention of copying, plagiarizing or reproducing an existing work. The platform does not intentionally use protected songs, commercial samples or other authors' lyrics as the final result.

However, because music has common structures, styles and formulas, we cannot guarantee that there will never be an accidental similarity with other creations. Do not enter in the form any lyrics, texts, trade names, audio fragments or ideas protected by third parties unless you have the right to use them.

If you enter your own lyrics, texts, dedications or creative directions, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe copyright, related rights, trademarks, image rights, privacy, reputation or any other rights of a third party. You are solely responsible for the content of the lyrics you enter, including explicit, obscene, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or illegal language, or any other wording that may lead to complaints, damages or liability towards third parties.

Lyrics entered by the user are checked before being sent to the generator through automated mechanisms and/or operational reviews, within the technical limits of the platform. This check is preventive and is not a legal guarantee, a confirmation of originality or an assumption of liability by AiMuzica for the content entered by the user.

AiMuzica does not claim any rights over the personal content you enter. For a generated and paid song, you receive the right to use it for personal or commercial purposes, within the limits of the law and respecting the rights of third parties. If you need legal protection, official registration or complex copyright checks, consult a specialist.

AiMuzica does not reserve any copyright over the lyrics or texts entered by the user. By submitting them on the platform, you give AiMuzica only the technical, limited permission needed to check, process, generate, deliver and display the ordered song in your account. To the extent permitted by law, AiMuzica is not liable for the content of lyrics written by the user and may refuse, block or remove requests that appear to breach these Terms or the rights of other people.

8. Permitted use

  • Do not use the platform for illegal, defamatory or discriminatory content or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Do not upload or ask for a copy of a protected song, voice, trademark or work without authorization.
  • Do not try to bypass the technical limits, payment systems or security mechanisms.

9. Privacy, data security and GDPR

We process the personal data needed for the account, orders, payments, generation, digital delivery, support, security, fraud prevention and legal obligations. The identification details for payment are the first name, last name, email and town/city. Details about the copy kept for each order, recipients, legal bases, retention periods and your rights are in the Privacy policy.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent, where the processing is based on consent, by email at contact@aimuzica.ro.

Strictly necessary technologies are used for sign-in, security and the operation of orders. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are loaded only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie panel. You can refuse the optional technologies without losing access to the basic features and you can change your choice later from the Cookie policy.

10. Complaints, ANPC and alternative dispute resolution

For any problem with an order, a payment or a digital delivery, please contact us first at contact@aimuzica.ro, so we can check the situation and reply within a reasonable time.

Consumers can use the information from ANPC (the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection) on alternative dispute resolution at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. This information does not limit the mandatory legal rights of consumers.

11. Security, SSL and limitation of liability

The production website is available at the secure address https://aimuzica.ro/. The service is offered within the limits of technical availability. Delays, generation errors or temporary interruptions may occur. We will try to fix problems within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee an exact artistic result, a particular commercial success or the acceptance of the song on external platforms.
